This beautiful country home has it all! Located 3-miles from historic Julian on a 27-acre private ranch, there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy nature. The charming 1934 Craftsman-style home is spacious and offers all the amenities both inside and out. Three cozy yet spacious bedrooms, adds to this picturesque home, each room with air-conditioning, private views and phone charging stations. Enjoy the game room or the beautiful views from the backyard deck as you enjoy the jacuzzi and relax.

Guests can access the entire property, including hiking trails as well as the game room, a poker room, as well as the entire house. The only area that secured inside the house is where we keep cleaning supplies and an old apple packing warehouse we use as a workshop.

Located 3-miles from historic Julian on a 27-acre private ranch, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy nature and wildlife. The charming 1934 Craftsman-style home is spacious and offers all the amenities both inside and out. Enjoy cooking a lovely meal in the large and fully stocked kitchen. Cozy up in the living room with a fire (wood provided) and watch anything you’d like on DirecTV or a variety of streaming networks including Hulu, Disney+, Netflix and more! Three cozy yet spacious bedrooms, adds to this picturesque home, each with air-conditioning, private views and convenient phone charging stations. Ready for the outdoors? Take in the beautiful views from the backyard deck as you enjoy the jacuzzi, cook on the BBQ or enjoy a meal on the outdoor dining table. Have fun playing arcade games in the game room or get a game of croquet going outside on the large open grass area. Hike around the property and enjoy the wildlife, ponds and waterfalls (seasonal). No need to drive anywhere, take a five-minute walk to Jeremy’s on the Hill for a fine dining experience or to Heroes for casual dining and live music.
