Located in the High Peaks region of Adirondack Park, you'll be surround by plenty of fishing, hiking, kayaking, biking, foliage scenery, skiing/snowboarding, snowmobiling, ice skating and more. In our neighborhood there are plenty of light walking trails that circle Eaton Lake as well as X-Country skiing trails.

Guest access
Guests have access to the full property. The shed and two locked closets in the basement area unavailable for guest use as they hold items needed for property turnovers.
Please note guests are responsible for transportation of kayaks and returning them back to the house.
Other things to note
If you are looking to travel into Lake Placid, please note Uber and other car services are limited in the area. Please plan to use your vehicle in getting around the area.
Fire wood - The best place for firewood is Stewarts (7 minutes away in Ausable Forks) and you will see it being sold on the side of the road in the area for $5/bundle as well.
