The space
Welcome to the 9th floor Destin Diamond Oasis! Our newly renovated Beach vibe condo provides an open concept living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, including a walk in shower, and laundry. From the moment you enter you will be mesmerized by the colors of ocean, and tranquil waters.
Sleep like a king in the brand New luxurious King size bed with a gulf view, and balcony access, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a beverage at the end of your fun filled Destin Days.
The King Bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with oversized Garden soaking tub and shower combo, a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach.
Our Kitchen is completely outfitted with all the comforts of home, including a crockpot, and fully equipped with tons of kitchen gadgets. All white cabinetry with granite counters. Refrigerator has ice dispenser and water. Both Keurig and Regular Coffee station awaits when you wake up and re-energize to start another day in paradise.
Move into the dining area with a table seating for 4, and two additional seats at the kitchen island. Get ready for a fabulous, Gulf Coast Style family meal, or play board games.
In the living room you will find a cozy leather sofa sleeper ready for your family to cuddle up for movie night on the 65-inch Smart TV, Netflix and Hulu Ready. Our New Leather Sofa Sleeper is a Queen size. Free Cable and Wifi Provided.
The real magic happens out on the balcony, with access from the living room, and seating for 4, a perfect spot to unwind and watch the Sun Dip below the Horizen at the end of your adventurous day. Gulf Views of the Emerald Blue Water, and Lagoon Resort pool.
In our additional Guest Suite, you will find, a custom built Double over Double Bunk for your guests to cozy up. With its own on-suite bathroom with walk in shower, everyone in your party can relax in their own space.

Enjoy Destin and catch our Free daily shuttle that takes you across the street to the beaches, which are also walkable. June Decker White Beach is about 1/2 mile from the Palms entrance.
The Palms Shuttle can take you to Harbor walk for water sports, and activities like pontoon rentals, jet skis, dolphin tours, and sunset cruises.
Harbor walk is a boardwalk, entertainment district, with shopping and restaurants. Runs daily 9am -5pm (Seasonal), Off Season Friday through Sunday.
Another fun stop is Destin Commons which is a family friendly outdoor shopping experience, with restaurants, and an AMC theater.
Our Pool side restaurant "The Palms Bistro" offers a variety of tantalizing cuisine, Serving daily, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and Brunch Saturday and Sundays with a build your own bloody Mary Bar, serving amazing food and cocktails. "Good Vibes "Tiki Bar, offers your favorite beverages and some amazing food delivered directly to you pool side.
Don't feel like going out, no worries, vacation your way, The Palms Bistro now offers Room Service.
Onsite Palms Coffee and Brew House - offers amazing coffee beverages and baked goods every morning.

When checking in you'll first stop at the deck in the main lobby. This is where you will check in and receive your parking passes and amenity bands for your whole group!
These bands will get you access to all amenities on site!

Other things to note
While the property does have a front desk that requires check-in for amenity bands and parking passes, all other issues or concerns will be routed through me and my team! Our condo is located in the East Tower, on the 9th floor, overlooking Destin's Largest Lagoon pool, with Gulf Views.
The Palms of Destin boasts premier amenities. There is a 1-time resort fee.
The fee is $30 per night, for your entire reservation that includes 6 wristbands, 2 parking passes and access to all our amenities.
