Farmhouse on 100+ acres and a lovely calming stream, with pools and 3 smaller dams around the property. Located outside of town but easy access to stores and restaurants, high speed internet and great cell reception. Near several reservoirs with great swimming holes, hikes, and camping grounds. Only 2 hour drive from NYC! Great large back deck, equipped with a BBQ grill, and a scenic view of the woods. Features amazing out door showers, wood-burning sauna, and a small fire-heated hot tub.

The space
Charming and timeless rustic farmhouse outside of Ellenville, NY on 100+ acres and a calming backyard stream. Open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with a wood burning stove in the family room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dish washer!
There is a drip coffee machine and a Keurig, with hot chocolate and tea available.
The dining room leads onto a deck with a grill, and a table with seating for 10. The top deck leads to two lower decks with lovely woodsy views. The lower deck close to the river has a wood burning sauna, cold plunge tub and a fire pit.
There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water under the deck.

The 2nd Floor has 4 bedrooms, a full bath with bathtub, and a half bath as well.

The first Bedroom has a King bed, the second with Queen, third has a double and twin, and finally the fourth with double and twin. The basement has two rooms, the entertainment room has a pool table, a twin bed and a full size futon. The back room has an additional full bathroom as well as a washer and dryer.

Neighborhood highlights

Beautiful location on a ridge outside of town with a stream running through the property behind the house. Lots of woods to hike in. Snow shoeing, or cross country skiing in the winter. Beautiful yard and stream for children to play in. Easy access to town where there are cute stores and restaurants. Also very close to hiking, skiing and swim holes.
