The space
This 3 x 2 home is perfectly set up for up to 6 people (1x king & 2x queen beds).
The kitchen, dining and lounge room boast high skillion ceilings with 3 large double sliding doors which open up to the deck area giving great open spaces to entertain.
Fully equipped with maximum comfort in mind.
Perfect space to relax with family and friends we also have indoor and outdoor games for you to enjoy.

Guest access
There are 2 steps leading into the property and as such may not be suitable for those with access or mobility issues.

Other things to note
We love families but please be aware the property has winter water ways which include multiple dams and a pond, which may not be adventurous toddler safe.

Note: During the warmer months it is pretty dry in Bridgetown.

We also have 2x security cameras and a noise monitoring device on the exterior of the property.
It only reports decibel rating of noise present at the house.
Normal, family noise is not a problem at all but, as this is a quiet neighbourhood loud music on the balcony late at night, will echo down the valley and cause problems for our neighbours.
Quiet hours are 10 pm until 8am STRICTLY no parties or events.
