Compact and efficient, yet cozy and cute! 1 Bed/1 Bath with Sofa Sleeper, and 2 child-size bunks, work area, dining for 4, and additional seating on Lanai or back patio. About a mile to bridge to AMI Gulf Coast beaches, Historic Cortez Fishing Village, and there is a public park a few blocks down for access to water, a grill, and a picnic area for fishing or sunsets. Landry room (complimentary washer/dryer) on site. Inside Sunny Shores/Sagamore Estates.

The space
Open floorplan between living/dining/kitchen with TV. Kitchen can seat 6 (4 at table and 2 stools at bar). Additional dining/seating can be found on lanai (2 pub stools) and on back patio where 4 can sit. Sofa sleeper in living room (push ottomans and couch together for full/queen bed - bedding in ottoman). Private bedroom with small work space with adjustable chair and TV that can double as monitor. Bedroom has 2 nice-sized closets with hangers. Two child-sized bunks in hall (75 lbs max for each - no jumping/swinging on them). Bunks require supervision as the ladder requires balance. Although inflatable rail has been provided for added protection we do not recommend for children who sleepwalk or might roll off. Not meant for babies or toddlers - use at your own risk. Pack and play and bumbo-style chair/high chair with bedding also on site. The screened lanai does have a futon and small pub table with 2 seats. Lanai and back patio makes for a great hang-out area, but is not a designated sleeping area. Solar lights are available outside. There are shell bags and beach towels for 4 inside, beach toys/chair(s) in front storage tote, cooler in freezer, a hose on the back patio to rinse off sand and a laundry line that runs from back fence to carport for swim suites/towels (doubles as a property line). Sunny Shores/Sagamore Estates is a mix of mobile homes/houses. This is not a trailer park or resort. There is access to clubhouse for pool table or work out equipment, but no pool access. Public pool options nearby include YMCA, and Lido Beach Pool until GT Bray pool project is complete.

Located a short walk or ride from Anna Maria Island AND Cortez's Historic Fishing Village where you catch a glimpse of "old Florida". Cortez has some of the freshest seafood you can find, local fishing excursions, nightlife coupled with dockside family dining along the Intracoastal waterway. Our property is tucked away in a peaceful community, surrounded by parrots and palms, with a Marina and park at the end of the road. SO much to see and do! We have countless beaches, dining, shopping, water activities, and something for everyone close by.
