Welcome to Colibris Corner, your private oasis in the heart of El Nido's enchanting Maremegmeg Beach neighborhood. The Loft, showcased in the photos, offers an exquisite blend of comfort and authenticity, ensuring a memorable stay in our thoughtfully designed villa.
Your comfort is our priority, and the following amenities are included in your stay:
• Beach towels, extra pillows, and blankets.
• Essential toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap, bath towels).
• Assortment of real brew drip-coffee, and hot water kettle.
Perched on a tranquil hillside, Colibris Corner offers an idyllic escape with and an off-the-grid ambiance.
Upon your arrival at El Nido Airport, you'll find that it's only a twenty minute ride to our neighborhood via local transportation. Tricycles are a common and convenient mode of transport, with operators readily available at the airport parking area. When you meet your driver, inform the driver that you're heading to Vanilla Beach, a well-known shopping plaza in our neighborhood. The main road ends at this landmark, making it an ideal drop-off point. You'll find a security guard standing at the curbside entrance of the plaza.
The security guard can direct you to El Nido CrossFit, our family-owned fitness center located within the shopping plaza. Simply let any of the front desk staff know that you're guests at Colibris Corner, and they will assist you from there.
From the fitness center, you'll embark on a scenic 5-minute beach walk and a 3-minute jungle walk to reach the villa. Along the way, you'll encounter luxury beachfront hotel restaurants, kayak and paddleboard rentals, cafes and the warmth of a local fishing village. Please note that the journey includes walking on sandy areas, unpaved village pathways, and four flights of stairs.
Please be aware that, if booking with us during the rainy season, tides rise higher than usual making our beach pathway a challenge to walk through at times. While we pride ourselves on offering a secluded retreat, we understand that some guests may require more accessible accommodations. In such cases, we recommend considering the Maremegmeg Beach Hotel or Mua Tala Hotel in our neighborhood.
The beach walk and jungle walk from the gym described in our listing are integral parts of the unique experience we offer, providing access to our property through public land belonging to the local indigenous community.
