The space
Our small but fully functional chalet will enable you to forget all your troubles and transport you into a world with a different sense of time. The chalet offers:
-1 bedroom with bed for two
-1 bedroom with gigogne bed or 1 bed with baby bed.
-Toilets on the upper floor
-A second toilet and the shower are situated in the basement, accessible only from the outside
Induction cooker, micro-wave, plancha electric, bbq, fridge, freezer separated.
There is a télévision but no antenna, you can watch dvd or plug your computer.
Guest access
You will have complete access to the whole chalet
Other things to note
The chalet is ideal for a family with small children or a get-together of friends. A travel cot with mattress for a baby, back pack to carry children and a highchair can be provided on request.
Dogs are allowed only if they don’t go in the bedrooms and an extra 40 euros will be asked.

In a fascinating natural setting that might have come out of Lord of the Rings, you will feel quite tiny in this 5-star-rated site by Trip Advisor.
Be sure to go to the end of the valley as far as Le bout du Monde, and from there to climb the path to admire one of the grandest and most dreamlike sites you will ever be likely to behold.
In summer, no less than 30 mighty waterfalls shoot down from the steep cliffs, and this is also the kingdom of the animals, with many ibexes (that I have personally not seen), and there are horses and donkeys for rent.
In winter, the region of Sixt offers six ski-lifts and skiing instruction for children from 3 years of age. You can get there in 15 minutes by car.
For more advanced skiing, you can drive to the Grand Massif area in 20 minutes (Flaine, Samoëns, Morilllon, les Carroz).
From just below the chalet you can cross-country ski all the way to Samoëns.
In summer, nature lovers can explore the largest natural park of the Haute-Savoie to their heart's content.
