Complete your stay with our full service marina with boat rentals. *Vessel must remain moored at all times as operation away from the dock is not permitted.

• Max guests: 12 persons on board and a maximum of 6 persons overnight
• Minimum 25 years of age is required to rent this property
• No parties or events
• Quiet Time from 10pm till 7am
• Absolutely NO foreign objects in toilets. Use ONLY marine grade toilet paper which is provided
• No moving or untying of the vessel from the slip it is moored at.
• DO NOT try to start the engine
• NO Swimming at or around houseboat
