Palmetto Paradise Houseboat at Keowee Marina is a hidden gem on beautiful Lake Keowee. Enjoy overnight stays with breathtaking sunsets, lake views, and Blue Ridge Mountain views. Complete your getaway with our full-service marina and boat rentals. Vessel must remain moored at all times. Please note: being directly on the water, spiders and lakefront pests can be common. We do our best to deter them, but it is a constant battle.

• No pets
• No smoking or vaping
• Max guests: 12 persons on board and a maximum of 6 persons overnight
• Minimum 25 years of age is required to rent this property
• No parties or events
• Quiet Time from 10pm till 7am
• Absolutely NO foreign objects in toilets. Use ONLY marine grade toilet paper which is provided
• No moving or untying of the vessel from the slip it is moored at.
• DO NOT try to start the engine
• NO Swimming at or around houseboat
