We have lovingly renovated this house top to bottom, updating the layout (including adding another full bath), vaulting the ceilings, updating the heating / cooling and bringing in a whole lot more charm and function.

The result is a fantastic, 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house, with a lot of open hang out space for days you’re not at the beach and nights you want to stay in.

We have loved every minute (okay, maybe not EVERY minute — it was a lot of work) and we hope you’ll love the result!

The space
Full 1400 sq ft house, open concept living space and lots of windows. Fully renovated, modern amenities. Pet friendly - fully fenced yard and food/water bowls provided — we’re big dog people!

Three generous bedrooms, primary has en suite full bath with walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and dresser. Third bedroom has a triple bunk - full on bottom, two twins above - and a large closet that can double as a play room or office space as needed. All bedrooms have Roku TVs, individual heating/cooling units and closets.

Common area has a great laundry room, large pantry, fully updated kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, crockpot… you name it) and pots/pans/cooking utensils. Living room boasts 70” Roku tv for lazy days and movie nights. Couch and chair each fold down for sleeping or lounging. Electric fireplace with fun color options (heat optional).

Game table converts from pool table to air hockey or ping pong. Central closet holds more games and puzzles for rainy days and Wii games. There’s a hidden dart board somewhere in the common space - come find it!

Guest access
Whole house - primary level is for guests. Please use basement only for access in and out to the beach!

Other things to note
Parking is available along the front of the property and we have a driveway in the back that can comfortably fit 2-3 vehicles.
