Our A-frame get-a-way is located just 15 minutes from historic downtown Snohomish and 10 minutes from Snohomish golf course. Includes lakefront access with a paddleboard, adult kayak, 3 kid kayaks, fishing poles, firepit and lawn games.

Whether you are enjoying our outdoor firepit, the lake via our included paddleboard or cooking a homemade meal; our cabin is outfitted to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

The space
The bedroom in the loft includes a king-sized bed as well as an optional twin floor mattress and floor fan. The downstairs bedroom (across from the bathroom) boasts a king bed, along with a full-size mirror, TV with Roku and seasonal window AC unit (June-September). There is a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room as well.

The full kitchen includes pots, pans, drip coffee maker, wine glasses, children's dinnerware and basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper). You bring the recipe and ingredients; and we will have the kitchen utensils and tools ready and waiting.

The property is located on a hill and is a steep walk down to the firepit landing, sun lounger landing and waterfront. Our lakefront includes steps into the water. Our beach front is rocky, water shoes are recommended.

On the day of check-in, the owner will text or message you the access key codes.

Our waterfront includes steps into the water. The floating dock and docks next door on either side belong to our neighbors and are OFF LIMITS.

Other things to note
FULL DISCLOSURE: the walk from the cabin to waterfront is steep. Please walk down with care.

We have a 2-day minimum on weekends and only 1-day on some weekdays, although we recommend a minimum of two nights to begin to experience the beauty A-Retreat on Flowing Lake has to offer.

Downstairs bedroom window AC unit is available in the room during warmer months of June - September.

If you plan to fish during your stay, please follow state licensing regulations.

Please note that in the rare occurrence of icy / snowy conditions (typically this is a short 1-2 week window sometime during November - March 15) 4WD is required for access as neighborhood is remote and located on a hill.

In icy or below freezing conditions, please take extra care on the stairs.

Sometimes our water pressure can run low (it is on our radar to dredge up and inspect all our pipes!). Thank you in advance for your patience.
