This magnificent, 5 bedroom, luxurious ski home is 5,254 sq. ft. of pure mountain sanctuary on a one acre wooded lot with beautiful mountain views. Located in prestigious Highlands neighborhood on the Breckenridge Golf Course and only a 15 minute drive to Breckenridge Ski Resort, it is the perfect year-round vacation home.

The space
This spacious vacation home has 3 levels: the upper level has two bedrooms with 4 twin beds in one and 3 twin beds in the other plus two single mattress pads. There is a full bath on the upper level in the hall. The main level has a gourmet kitchen with large island and Viking appliances, a great/family room with gas fireplace, big screen TV, DVD player, dining room, study, and large master bedroom suite with king bed, gas fireplace, and luxury bathroom. The lower level has a game/family room with gas fireplace, pool and football tables, large screen TV, PS3, and double sofa bed. This level has two bedroom suites, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. All bedrooms have room darkening wood shutters, curtains, or blinds. This level also has a laundry room and wet bar. The outside patio has a large hot tub, gas log fire pit, patio furniture, Bluetooth speakers, and a picnic table with umbrella. Beautiful views of the mountains can be seen from the home. (Breckenridge Business License No. 46156)

The Highlands neighborhood, surrounding the Breckenridge Gold Course, is quiet and beautifully scenic with paved, well-maintained roads and gorgeous homes. It is only 15 minutes drive to downtown Breckenridge and the ski resort. The golf course becomes the Gold Run Nordic Center in the winter for cross country skiers.
