This magnificent, 5 bedroom, luxurious ski home is 5,254 sq. ft. of pure mountain sanctuary on a one acre wooded lot with beautiful mountain views. Located in prestigious Highlands neighborhood on the Breckenridge Golf Course and only a 15 minute drive to Breckenridge Ski Resort, it is the perfect year-round vacation home.

The space
This spacious vacation home has 3 levels: The upper level has two bedrooms with 1 queen and 1 twin bed in one and 1 queen, 1 twin, and 1 twin bunkbed in the other. There is a full bath on the upper level in the hall. The main level has a gourmet kitchen with large island and Viking appliances, a great/family room with gas fireplace, big screen TV, DVD player, dining room, study, half bath, and large master bedroom suite with king bed, gas fireplace, and luxury bathroom. The lower level has a game/family room with gas fireplace, pool and football tables, and large screen TV. This level has two bedroom suites, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. This level also has a half bath and wet bar. All bedrooms have room darkening wood shutters, curtains, or blinds. The outside patio has a large hot tub, gas log fire pit, patio furniture, Bluetooth speakers, and a picnic table with umbrella. Beautiful views of the mountains can be seen from the home.
