Recently renovated and updated, this farmhouse built in 1895 is located on a quiet country road just outside of South Hutchinson with easy access to Hwys 96, 61, & 50. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the wide open view of the sunset to the west or watch the waves of wheat in the fields surrounding the property.

The space
This relaxing and quiet home has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the smaller one with a twin-sized bed. The couch in the living room easily opens up into a queen-sized hide-a-bed for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully furnished with the basics. Includes laundry area, desk for workspace, and small patio area outside with picnic table.

Keyless entry to the front door for easy access. Guests will have access to the full house except the basement which is locked for storage and utilities.
