Charlottes's Cottage is an enjoyable combination of charm and luxury. Walk to all the shops on Main Street, and then relax outside under the pecan trees around the gas fire pit. This house has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms and is decorated throughout with materials incorporated from a barn original to the property. The first floor bathroom is handicap accessible.

The space
Named after our daughter, Charlotte’s Haus is a spacious 2/2 on Main Street Fredericksburg that provides a “home away from home” feel. From the large bedrooms and modern bathrooms featuring rain head showers to the private gas fire pit outside, come and enjoy the best of our town. We look forward to hosting you!

Charlotte's Cottage is subject to City of Fredericksburg STR Ordinance Compliance, guests at any Short-Term-Rental in the City of Fredericksburg must comply with the following:
• Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10 PM to 7 AM)
• The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor
lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned
off when no one is present to use the light.
• Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
• Place all trash in designated containers. The trash containers are located outside the side door in the kitchen.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance.
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $500 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $1000 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $1500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Our property offers on-site and street parking. Although located on Main Street, it is on a corner lot allowing for parking on the side street as well.

Other things to note
We also offer two additional homes next door to Charlotte’s Haus. Please let us know if you are looking to visit the area with a larger group. Splendid Inn sleeps a total of 26 guests.

Ann's Haus is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home and can sleep 10.

Main Haus is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on Main Street that can sleep 8.

We are happy to host pets in our home but we do have a limit of 3. The pet fee is $125 for 2 pets and an additional $25 for a third pet.

It is not uncommon in the Hill Country to encounter wildlife such as deer, raccoons, squirrels, possum, birds, snakes, etc. We ask that you always be aware of your surroundings and supervise children and pets at all times while outside.
We utilize scheduled pest control services with all our of properties, but we are unable to guarantee that any bugs or pests will not be seen during your stay. Please let us know if you encounter any ants, scorpions, spiders, cockroaches, mice, or snakes so we can arrange for additional services.
