A perfect central location, with a decor and amenities that are fresh and efficient to ensure a "perfect" short stay in total simplicity. The space
Brand new apartment! A sunny living room with a new sofa bed featuring a 16 cm mattress that guarantees an excellent night's sleep (width 140 cm). Separate toilet. Shower room with washer and dryer. Second room with well well-equipped kitchenette, two electric burners, a microwave oven, a small fridge-freezer, and a delightful eating space for 2 or 3 people.

Guest access
The apartment has a private entrance directly from the street. Travelers will not have access to the building's common areas.

Other things to note
Being in a condominium building, I am obliged by building regulations to screen my future guests. Please send me a brief note about yourself so that I know your stay will be calm and respectful of the other residents.
