This home is a guest house in beautiful La Verkin, UT. It has all the amenities and comfort you seek. Fully stocked kitchen, clean linens, thoughtful design and decor.

The space
The guest house is around 900 square feet, with a large comfortable couch, fully stocked kitchen and sleeping loft.

The kitchen has a full set of dishes and utensils, microwave, full size oven and stovetop, full size refrigerator, washer and dryer, blender, griddle, pots and pans and many cooking utensils that you'll need for meal prep.

There is a large TV, with wifi provided.

The shower and toilet are separated for efficiency with multiple people. The bathroom is on the main floor.

The loft is upstairs with a king bed, queen bed and twin beds. It can most comfortably sleep 4.

The guest house is on the same property as the main house, and does not have access to the yard.

Parking for three passenger vehicles. Street parking is available as well just a short walk down the dirt road.

Guests do not have access the yard of the main house.
