The entire building was extensively renovated in accordance with the Far Eastern harmony teachings of Feng Shui and using high-quality natural materials (clay, wood). It impresses with its carpentry work, for example, the solid wood kitchen with Miele appliances, which was manufactured as a one-of-a-kind.
It is an accommodation for people who appreciate something special and who are looking for their peers in terms of individuality and attention to detail.
The space
The 40 sqm modern furnished apartment called "The Artist's Refuge" in a quiet and idyllic location has the following rooms:
- 1 living room and bedroom
- 1 daylight bathroom with shower
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with Miele electrical appliances
In keeping with the ecological quality of the building, we only use ecological detergents and cleaning agents from Sonett, winner of the German Sustainability Award 2022, to provide our guests with a maximally healthy living environment.
All ingredients of the products come from vegetable and mineral raw materials and are 100% biodegradable.
The duvets and pillows are suitable for allergy sufferers. For energy-saving reasons, we do not iron the linens, towels and dish towels.
From all rooms of the apartment you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the garden and across the field towards the Elbe.
You have the option of reserving an air conditioner on site. The daily flat rate, which covers the provision and electricity consumption, is €9 per day.
On request, a folding bed can be provided for an extra charge.
The property is equipped with the latest SmartHome technology. This means that in the accommodation, for example, various sensors for controlling the various devices (fire detectors, water detectors, heating, alarm system, washing machine, TV, door lock, Wi-Fi, etc.) are located in the accommodation. These devices may give the landlord an alarm via the Internet if there are any irregularities. Ultimately, they serve exclusively the living comfort and safety of the guests. Also, nowadays various household appliances are networked online and report their status. In the apartment there is free WiFi, which cannot be deactivated.
