Passer Domesticus, is a compact space for unique urban living and other exciting experiences.
A little oasis inside the urban environment, this personalised and multi design-awarded space, will host all romantic urban nomads.
Right in the heart of Thessaloniki, just a step away from restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, the main high-streets, 30 steps away from Venizelou metro station and bus stops to anywhere, supermarkets, kiosks, 24/7 shops, open markets, 4 minutes walk to the waterfront .
The space
This is an awarded project, designed with much love, passion and personal care by your host, know as 157+173 designers. The project received much publicity by appearing on numerous design magazines, popular design websites and multiple architectural publications and books.
Passer Domesticus, named after the little sparrow's bird latin name, will become the nest to all kinds of urban travellers - urban sparrows.
So central, but at the same time so calm, to make one feel away from the city's busy mood.
This small building has 4 Levels (4x15=60m2):
level 0 =Ground floor = Living room / Kitchenette / Laptop Table / Couch
level 1/2 = Mezzanine = Resting Mesh
level 1 = Master Bedroom
level -1 = Wc
-Master bedroom offers a double size bed, an open clothes hanger, a small desc with a large chair, a mirror and a nice romantic view to the quiet little road in front of the house.
-Living room offers a wooden stylish bench with colourful pillows.
-Mesh (net) -offers the fantastic experience of chilling on the comfortable & super fun area of the house, lying on the air, on the mesh in the Mezzanine floor !
-Easy entrance access
-Electrical Security metallic safety roller at the front door
-Very fast optical line internet access to all levels.
