KAYAKS WAIVER
WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
This Waiver of Liability Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on the date of booking at Airbnb between:
Guest and Owner of the property.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Owners, Charlie and Maggie King, are the sole owners of the vacation rental property located at: 1705 NE 1st St, Fort Lauderdale (the "Property");
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to stay at the Property for personal vacation purposes, and the Owner agrees to allow the Guest to use the Property, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of being permitted to use the Property and other good and valuable consideration, the Guest and the Owner agree as follows:
1. Assumption of Risk
The Guest acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Property involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other harm. The Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their use of the Property.
2. Waiver of Liability
The Guest hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Owner, their agents, employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, actions, causes of action, demands, and damages arising out of or in any way related to the Guest's use of the Property, including but not limited to:
o Injuries, accidents, or damages sustained on or near the Property.
o Any loss or theft of personal property.
o Illness or injury resulting from the use of amenities, equipment, or recreational activities at the Property.
3. Indemnification
The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from the Guest's use of the Property or any actions, omissions, or negligence of the Guest while on the Property.
4. Health and Safety
The Guest agrees to comply with all health, safety, and property rules established by the Owner, including any local ordinances or laws applicable to the Property. The Guest represents that they are in good health and capable of participating in the activities available on the Property. The Guest agrees to promptly notify the Owner of any health concerns or medical conditions that may affect their use of the Property.
5. Property Damage
The Guest agrees to be responsible for any damage caused to the kayaks during their stay, including storing kayaks on the back of the house. The Guest agrees to pay the Owner for the full cost of any repairs or replacement of damaged property.
6. Acknowledgment of Understanding
The Guest acknowledges that they have read this Agreement and understand its terms. The Guest further acknowledges that they have voluntarily entered into it with full knowledge of its contents.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
8. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, having the Guest made a reservation through Airbnb and Owner has accepted such reservation, then the parties have executed this Waiver of Liability Agreement as of the date the reservation was made and Guest will fulfill its terms all along the stay.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property.

Exterior security camera installed at the entrance of the property for security reasons. It monitors 24/7, video only no audio.

MAINTENANCE POOL AND LANDSCAPING
Landscaping is performed Thursdays every two weeks. Pool maintenance is performed every Thursday before 2.00 pm
KAYAKS:
They are stored on the east side of the house stacked on one another. You get there from the front. Seats are in the laundry cabinets. In regards to launchig points, the park on the right has stairs. The park on the left has a more gradual slope that might be easier to get in. They also just built a kayak launching area a little farther to the left
