One bedroom + living area with bed settee, dining/kitchen + bathroom. Spanish style house 5 minutes walk from town center. WIFI, ROKU TV, AC, fans, 100% cotton linens and towels and soap. Close to beaches, restaurants, supermarket and charming gift shops. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler are available for guest use. Guests should purchase travel insurance in case of hurricanes, bad weather causing ferry or plane cancellations. Cancellations will be refunded a maximum of 50%. per our policy.

One thing to note if you are a light sleeper. Culebra is known for its wild roosters that are all over the island. They do crow a lot. 98% of our guests are not bothered by them but if you are easily disturbed by roosters crowing, we suggest that you bring earplugs.

We are very conveniently located. We 5 to 10 minutes walk from the busy centre of town. We are a few minutes from the Costa Del Sol supermarket in our neighbourhood where you can get all essentials and they have the best hours on the island. We are steps away from two restaurants, Harspoon and Coconuts.... and a few more steps away from BLAC FLAMINGO COFFEE, TIKI GRILL, BAMBU BBQ and Lechon Criolo (Fri/Sat) food truck, two ice cream/smoothie stores, and more.... For families with children, we are also steps away from the town's children's playground and quite close to the town gym as well.

I'm originally from Cape Town, South Africa and my wife, Margaret is from Ireland. We have lived in London, Como, New York, and Marina Del Rey. We have recently retired. I was a public accountant, banker, CFO, company founder, university professor and advisor to start ups and Margaret taught preschool kids at a cooperative nursery school before we settled in Culebra. Our children are grown and we are now grandparents. We have a couple of rescue dogs and a a cat we rescued. We too love to travel the world.....
