  • Tony was a friendly host. He was really helpful and gave us a lot of tips. The house was very very clean and the rooms were beautiful. So everything was perfect. Thanks!

  • Tony is pictured, but all our interaction was with Tom, who, by the way, was lovely. The neighborhood was as described, very centrally located and convenient to restaurants, etc. My mom and aunt were able to view the fireworks from the room's window. What a nice surprise! Tom was very accommodating, helped us with our luggage, and an interesting conversationalist.

  • Tom and Tony are excellent host. We were greeted promptly at the door upon our arrival and shown to our private suite. Tony even offered to carry our bags up. The room was exquisitely clean organized and neat complete with the master walk-in closet designer bath and a living space for working on the computer or simply watching TV relaxing. It is located literally right off Dupont Circle and not far from Foggy Bottom George Washington University. Great location location location and great host a win all the way around!!! Book today!!!

  • What a great stay! Tony happened to be home the afternoon we arrived. He was so cordial, even helping us carry in the bags and getting us situated. He showed us all we needed to know about the place. He made himself always available for assistance yet was never intrusive. For a small extra fee he provided parking in a covered garage around back for the three days we visited. We never touched the car the whole time since walking, biking and the Metro are much better choices to move about in the city than hassling with a car. We really enjoyed using Capital Bikeshare. The bike stations are all over the city and easy to find with the smartphone app. We found two stations only a few blocks from Tony's place. This is really a great location all around. It was lovely, felt safe and there are restaurants galore close by in all directions. The suite was clean, very private and a much better option than a hotel. Would certainly stay again.

  • Tony's place was in a prime DC neighborhood. As advetised, it is within walking distance from many local eateries and shops. Tony helped us immensely by sharing links and advice for which buses to take from NYC that dropped us off within a five minute walk from his place. He accommodated myself, parter, sister, and our four month-old baby. The room was spacious and clean with tasteful decor, in an overall beautiful home.

  • We loved staying with Tony and Tom. Everything is super clean and very comfortable. Our hosts were very welcoming and we had long talks and laughs we will never forget.
The location is perfect for your Washington visit because of its proximity to Dupont Circle and the overall colonial flair of the neighborhood.
Go there, you won't regret it.

  • With a friend, we stayed at Tony's house for two nights : the room was just as described, the room and house were very clean and convenient, The house is in a very pleasant area in DC. Though we did not have much time to interact with Tony, since we spent as much time visiting DC as we could, he was very friendly and accomodating without being intrusive : when I asked him before arriving if I could at least leave my luggage at his house before the checking time so that I could go sightseeing in DC, he was ok with that. I would definitely both stay there again and recommend staying at his house.

  • I had a great experience with Tony. The suite was just as promised in an absolutely most stunning, amazing neighborhood in DC - Dupont Ciricle. Starbucks and delightful DC food options 2 blocks away on P Street. And the Metro about that same distance as well. I rented to work out of the DC office for my company and it was perfect. Air options were AC or Ceiling fan - the curtains closed to black out the room nicely - the closet gave me place to hang and steam my clothes after travelling which was a great help. Brand new bathroom and shower - and the shower head must have been more than 6 feet high - great for a tall person. Comfortable bed I slept like a baby. The room is not super quiet - within the house - and the neighborhood. If noise is an issue for you bring earplugs - I slept perfectly everynight. My first time staying in a room in a house - Tony and his partner made it very easy and very comfortable.
