The space
Welcome to our charming cottage on Revival Ranch! Nestled between the historic stable and the main house, it offers a separate entrance to the street side for maximum privacy. Behind the house there is an idyllic yard and a lovingly designed garden – perfect for relaxing.

• Spacious, light-flooded living area with panoramic views towards Manderfeld – stylishly combines living, dining area, and kitchen
• 1 bathroom with toilet
(no second bathroom or guest toilet available. Please check if that works for your needs before booking.)
✨ Upper floor:
• A cozy walk-through room with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m)
• Bedroom behind it with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another single bed (0.80 x 2.00 m)
• Additional separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m)
• An old wooden staircase leads to the upper floor – please note: This can be a challenge for those with limited mobility
Well equipped for families: two cribs (1.20 x 0.60 m), two high chairs and a changing table are available.
The Revival Ranch is 100% child-friendly, but not 100% child-safe, because our guests are not only families with small children, and also for visual reasons. Stair gates, for example, can become an obstacle course with a potential for tripping for older guests or for those with luggage in hand. So if you have specific child safety requirements, please let us know before booking.
Crickets & Coziness
Various seating options are available in the yard and garden. You can also use our grills (gas, wood or charcoal) as well as the fire pits – just coordinate with each other if necessary.

To make you feel completely comfortable, we provide you with the following things:

Our animals & your holiday experience
Right behind the house, our animal roommates are waiting for you: dogs, chickens, running ducks, dwarf goats, dwarf sheep as well as our horses and Shetland ponies. If you like, you can purchase fresh eggs from our chickens (depending on availability). We are happy if your children will take care of the animals with us. Since you like animals, of course you know that you don't just feed them otherwise. Not only with grass.
🐶 Dogs are very welcome – please note our house rules. Our own friendly dogs are happy about nice companions.
Unfortunately, we can't accommodate ❌ cats – due to a cat hair allergy.
🚗 Parking:
• Two car parking spaces are available right in front of the house. (The places are not large enough for campers or vehicles that are larger than cars.) If you arrive with more cars, please let us know – you may need to park a little outside.
• Motorcycles can be parked in the yard.
• In winter, please think about the appropriate tire!

Would you like to immerse yourself in the wonderful world of ponies with your child? When you get to know the pony, you get up close and experience what it's like to care for, maintain, and of course ride a pony!
Together we get the pony from the pasture, brush its soft fur and make it all set for horseback riding. With a lot of patience and playful explanation, the children – and also the parents – learn everything important about the respectful handling of the animals. Each child is allowed to discover at their own pace what makes them happy: horseback riding, running the pony, or just watching and petting them.

📌 Before leaving
Final cleaning is included in the price and includes the thorough cleaning of the accommodation. However, there are some tasks you can do yourself before you leave:
✅ In and out, put everything back in its place – especially furniture and toys
Wash ✅ dishes & take out the dishwasher
✅ Sweep away coarse dirt (e.g. crumbs, pet hair, soil)
Bring ✅ deposit bottles as well as exceptional garbage (ex: large boxes, gift packaging)
Either leave the ✅ key in the key safe or leave it in person

Children are welcome here! 🧸 We have lovingly put together a selection of toys for you. Please handle it carefully, only use it in the house and put it back in its place after playing.
