This beautiful cabin situated in a peaceful, gated community near the Island Park Reservoir offers easy access to a variety of outdoor adventures and beautiful views. Bring your boat and enjoy a day on the water (access via public dock). Relax in the hot tub after a day of exploring local trails. Enjoy a cozy night gathered around the stone fireplace. With bed space for up to 20 guests, you can bring your favorite people!
The space
Main floor:
As you walk in you’re welcomed by a large open floor plan. Living room, kitchen with a island and stools, and a large dining room are the first things you see.
You can also find a 1/2 bath for convenience by the kitchen.
The master bedroom is also on the main floor with its own private bathroom.
Lastly, the first laundry room and mud room with an exterior door to make unloading easy!
Top floor:
As you go up the stairs you will find it has a small living room with a tv, a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
Basement:
Another large family room with a TV and fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a laundry room inside, and an exterior door to lead you straight into the hot tub area!
Lots of room to enjoy for the whole family!
Outside you will find a fire pit with seating, a basketball hoop, grill, and more seating areas!
Other things to note
We also have snowmobiles that are available to rent
