80s-themed house with long-term escape game-style investigation (5 hours of play on average) and many games: arcade terminals, pinball, board games, consoles, karaoke, foosball, ping-pong... The space
THE DECOR
Single-story house with colorful decor and a cozy atmosphere, decorated with objects from the 80s or referring to them. Those who lived through this era will find their Proustian madeleine here, while the youngest will discover unusual objects.
THE INVESTIGATION
The family who once lived in this house mysteriously disappeared in 1987. We need your help to find out what happened. This investigation takes place in the manner of an 'escape game', but without a time limit (well, yes, that of your stay!). You will be able to appoint a game master. I will then give them the keys to the mystery and they will guide the investigation. It's up to you, but be careful, know that the task is not easy!

HOUSE LAYOUT
- Entrance to the living room with open kitchen.
- Dining area and lounge area with TV, turntable and Bluetooth speakers.

- The night area consists of 3 bedrooms with:
. Bedroom 1 - 2 single beds 90 x 190.
. Bedroom 2 - 1 queen size bed, width 160.
. Bedroom 3 - 1 double bed width 140 and a heater that can be used as an extra bed for 1 person.
- In the living room, the sofa bed is a real double bed (140) once unfolded, very comfortable.
THE EXTERIOR
- Fully fenced garden.
- Parking at the entrance to the garden.
- Garden in the back of the house with terrace and garden furniture.
- Ping pong table in summer.
- Large pergola sheltering the spa.
ANIMALS:
All pets must be listed on the booking, as well as guests. Please also tell us which animal it is (dog/cat/size). The animal must of course be totally clean, 'respectful', and not climb on the furniture. We allow one pet per stay.
HOT TUB
Outdoor inflatable hot tub, for 4-5 people, available as an option, from June to September.
Rate
- Weekend package = 40 euros (2 nights).
- Week = 90 euros (5 nights).
- Cost adjusted according to the number of nights booked.
Please let us know upon booking if you'd like to have the hot tub for your stay. Payment by bank transfer via the site or upon arrival.
CHRISTMAS:
The house is decorated for Christmas during the last 2 weeks of December.
Guest access
I will welcome you on arrival, unless I am unable to do so, in which case I will notify you.
For your stay, you can shop in Joigny, 14 km from the house. A drive is possible.
Other things to note
INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
- Beds are ready for your arrival (sheets provided and made).
- Towels are provided.
- Also provided: dishwashing liquid, sponges, dish towels, household products.
- As a convenience for check-in: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tablets. Please note: we do not provide these items for the entire stay.
- The house is heated in winter.
SMALL HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES
- For coffee: Senseo.
- Other items: raclette machine.
CHECKOUT TIME
Check-out is until 11am.
Possibility to take the 'late checkout' option for a checkout no later than 3pm. This option is 30 euro and will be validated if our schedule allows it. Please let us know if you would like to take it at the time of booking and we will let you know if it is possible.
LOCATION
. The house is directly accessible from exit 18 of the A6 motorway.
. There are no shops around the house or in the village. A vehicle is therefore absolutely necessary for shopping.
. For bread, there is a vending machine in the center of the village, 3 km from the house.
. All shops available in Joigny, 14 km from the house. Drive Intermarché possible.
. You have to respect the neighborhood and parties are forbidden.
. Hilly landscapes, partially wooded.
CLEANING FEE
Mandatory, it is included in the rental amount.
Thank you, however, for making sure to keep the space clean and tidy during your stay, everything is available in the house for that.
