The space
Welcome to this cosy cabin in Gräftåvallen, Bydalsfjällen!

Gräftåvallen is beautifully situated 700m above sea level in Jämtland. Bydalsfjällen (Oviksfjällen) 80km west of Östersund, is together with Bydalen and Höglekardalen one of the largest ski systems in Sweden.

There are some 50 groomed slopes, from the little hill, where kids can go undisturbed, the steep black slopes with drop heights up to 420 meters. Even moguls, off-piste, skiing above the tree line and 2 snowboard parks. Longest run is about 3km and total slope length of 50km. Number of lifts is 11, no less than 800m. No more crowding in lift queues - lift capacity is large - 12,000 people per hour. For tourers are marked trails and jogging tracks.

The gateway to Bydalen unique Swedish mountain valley (similar to the Alps/Norway) between steep mountains on both sides - almost 600m level difference.
