Pristine and quiet 1- bedroom Guest Suite with an eat- in kitchen, private entrance, and private deck. Surrounded by nature, this property is just minutes from Monadnock State Park and the second most climbed mountain in the world!

The space
BEDROOM: *Queen size bed *new mattress and 100 % cotton bedding *sitting area with 2 large armchairs.

BATHROOM: *Shower, *towels and beach towels *shampoo, body wash and conditioner *makeup remover towelettes and hair dryer.

EAT-N KITCHEN: *electric range/stove *mini fridge w/freezer, *pots and pans *basic kitchen equipment *dishes, utensils *microwave *Keurig “mini plus” coffee machine *K-pods *salt/pepper, and paper towels.

PRIVATE DECK: The kitchen door opens to the private deck that looks out over the surrounding meadow and woodlands and is very sunny in the mornings. The deck has chairs and a small table for eating outdoors. The exterior stairs to the suite lead to the parking area.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space is rustic. The house is on a dirt road (lovely for walking) and is nestled between four (4) other properties abutting hundreds of acres of privately owned forest. Guests will share the driveway with the owners of the property who live in a separate part of the home downstairs.

There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and kitchen.

INTERNET: Free Wi-Fi (+50 Mbps)

The Guest Suite is accessible via an exterior staircase and second floor deck. It is best to only bring one car as the driveway is shared with others.

A photo and gov. ID (driver's license) for each guest are required within 24 hours upon booking and at the time of check-in.
