Deborah's place was amazing! It is ideally located very close to some of the City's best music, and is its self a curated cultural masterpiece. Looking forward to our next visit to NOLA and Deborah's place on Frenchmen!
From the pictures and descriptions of this listing, I had high expectations, and I must say that they were still exceeded! This is a truly beautiful and inspiring home. This was the first experience of New Orleans architecture for our group and we were so impressed with all this house had to offer. Besides the close by French Quarter and Frenchmen street venues steps away, this house is great if you wish to stay in and cook your own meals, and just enjoy the space. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, the garden area is lovely, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and the loft provided a great space to chill out, play games, etc.
Overall, just a very relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable home, which added so much to our New Orleans experience. Would definitely recommend for a group, and would certainly stay again next time we're in town!
This is a great spot! The pictures don't do it justice.
Surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the Frenchman scene.
Also, great A/C and water pressure!
The place was spectacular! I was here with a couple of friends, and we really enjoyed it. The neighborhood had a lot to offer in terms of bars and restaurants that are lively, but more low key compared to Bourbon St. Deborah was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place.
All I can say is...WOW! What a fantastic stay. This house exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had ample amenities for our group of four ladies, and the house was a wonder to roam around in. The location was phenomenal. We were right on Frenchmen street next to all of the jazz clubs and music venues. An amazing experience all around!
deborah's house is the perfect new orleans home away from home. it's located at the quiet end of frenchmen, so you're right near all the action but not in the thick of it. it's a short bike or walk away from everything you could need or want: food markets, restaurants, clubs, shopping. the house is beyond gorgeous, and the patio is perfect for breakfast or evening drinks. and deborah is such a lovely, welcoming, wonderful hostess. this was our second stay, and we looked forward to reconnecting with her as much as we did staying in the house again.
