Charming neighborhood, the apartment is located in a private property , hidden from the street and very quiet. Trastevere is definetly the best place to stay in Roma!
Guido is very kind and will do everything for you to feel comfortable. Thank you again!
We will recommend the place.
Guido was a great host and very helpful. We loved his little place in this charming condominio. It's peaceful but very close to the buzz of Trastevere. Grazie
A perfect place to stay! Trastevere/ Gianicolo is à lovely place and we were happy every day when we returned to our tranquillo home after walking around in Roma. Guido is a great host, we felt very welcomed. There are some stairs, but even if I have a bit of a walkingproblem it is worth it! We would love to come back and warmly recommend Guidos apartment. The two of us would definitely stay at Guido and Sabrina's place on Gianicolo again. Let's begin with Guido, who was helpful in guiding us to the apartment from the Rome airport, and was prompt in resolving a small problem several days later. Guido also helped orient us to the area and recommended several restaurants, one of which we visited twice, Il Miraggio. The apartment is part of a small complex, up 48 steps up from the street, and as a result, is a quiet refuge, welcome after a day among the crowds in much of Rome. The apartment is well equipped, so that we cooked our meals several days, taking advantage of the nearby shops and farmers market. The clothes washer was a godsend. The apartment is within walking distance of the main sights in Rome, and close to bus and tram connections that we used in exploring less familiar parts of Rome.
All in all, it was an outstanding experience.

Evert thing was great. The communication with Guido before arrival was very satisfying and made us feel safe about the rent.
We meet Guido as planned and got a presentation of the apartment and the area.
During our stay there was a problem with the electricity which was fixed by Guido immediately.
Fantastic location - go for it.
Small but fully appointed apartment built into a hillside in a quiet little area of Travestere. Guido was wonderful and accommodating - we had a few issues with the internet and Guido was immediately helpful and responsive. The apartment is located either up or down a few flights of stairs so be aware of this if you have limited mobility. Lots of great restaurants and access to public transportation in the area.
We enjoyed our stay in Charming Gianicolo very much.
It was very close to the city and had a nice area around (small bars, good food, a market with fresh things to cook, ...)
Our arrival was a bit confusing, because we didn´t know the next Tramstop to Guidos Apartment. / it was P. Introzione :)
Also "thank you Guido" for your Help with the gas stove.
We can really commend those nice apartment, and if we would go to Rom again, we would stay in Charming Giancolo.
