The place comes fully stocked with tableware to serve up to 7. Enjoy listening to some music on the vinyl record player while you cook!
The space
Looking to take a break from cooking? Three bars/restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away on this golf cart-friendly peninsula. Are you a boater? Our dock is just 0.4 miles (an 8 min walk) away (available seasonally, inquire for details). There is plenty of room on the property to store your lake toys as well.
Enjoy the benefits of being in the water without the hefty price tag that comes with staying directly on the water. Drive your boat (or rental) to the dock, launch once and keep docked when not in use. Keep your car parked there or drive back to the house and walk (or perhaps ride a golf cart) back and forth to the dock throughout your stay.
The home sits on 2/3 of an acre with a one car garage so plenty of space for your lake toys, golf cart, etc.
The inside is cozy with a ventless gas fireplace (operational from Oct-April) and an open concept kitchen/dining/living area.
The projector and sound bar make for a unique viewing experience.
The back covered and screened porch has a 6 person hot tub, TV and ceiling fan.
Other things to note
We have one security camera facing the back porch screen door for your safety and facing away from the hot tub and patio seating for your privacy.

FROGGY’S
Bar and restaurant with excellent food options, a swim-up bar and live music! They have karaoke, game day events and more. Check out their FB page and website for up-to-date info and winter hours.

TILTON HILTON
Cash only (ATM inside) bar and grill with live music. There is also an “Ice Cream Caboose” next door (closed in the winter).
Breakfast served daily from 8 to 10:45 a.m. While the kitchen closes at 9 p.m., the bar stays open later on Friday and Saturday nights. Check out their FB page for up-to-date info.

WINNER’S LAKEVIEW MARKET
Not quite a Kroger, but this little bodega will keep you stocked during your entire stay! From grocery essentials to firewood and Indian Lake merch, this market has everything you need.

FION WINE ROOM
Our absolutely favorite place to unwind — get tapas or a small plate paired with a wine flight, mulled wine, or try their chocolate martini! Relax by the cozy fire, sit outside overlooking the beautiful scenery, or practice your swing at the attached Classic Swing Golf Range (yes, golf range!). Open Thursday through Saturday.

BROWN BEAN
A quaint coffee shop that also serves freshly baked items and a hot breakfast. They have only been open since August 2022 so be sure to stop by because, yanno, we love local small businesses! Only open mornings and early afternoon. Check out their FB page for up-to-date info.

Spend the day skiing and snow tubing, having some drinks and food at the onsite restaurant, then come home to unwind in the hot tub or cozy up to the fireplace while you watch a movie on the projector.
