Conveniently access the Cross City Trail through the private backyard gate. Featuring living room, well-equipped kitchenette, king bedroom and bathroom. UNCW just around the corner, Wrightsville Beach and the historic district only a quick drive away - you are in the PERFECT spot close to everything you need -while enjoying this peaceful setting.

The space
You'll love the cozy feel of this house! The living room offers comfortable seating space to relax at the end of your day. The king size bed has quality linens for a good night sleep. The kitchenette is stocked with essentials to make use of during your stay, and you can enjoy a meal at the outdoor table when the weather is nice.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house as well as a parking space in the driveway. The main house may also be rented during your stay, but it has a completely separate entrance.

Conveniently access the Cross City Trail through the private backyard gate The front unit on property might be occupied by owner or their guests, therefore the drive-way and backyard might be shared at times. Main house (sleeps 8) may be rented together with this property.

Good to Know Before Your Stay:

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.

A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, smart TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.

Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everyone is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not permitted in accordance with Airbnb policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.
