The space

In the quiet center of the Ein Hod artists village, we can host 2 people in our beautiful small stone house, 30 sqm.- suitable for couples only (there is only a large bed- no sofa or extra bed- sorry). The price listed is for one room for 1 or 2 people. Arabic architecture, private entrance with small garden, a mosaic hand-made bathtub in each room. kitchenette, DVD with a variety of films, WI FI either here or at the Ein Hod cafe which is one house away from us. there is a great little grocery store in the village, an Argentinian restaurant, a pizza restaurant and a cafe- bar , music shows from time to time. Best thing is if you have a car, but if not there is a bus that stops on the main road below the village. or the 691 that comes up to the village a few times a day- check the internet for schedule. the nearest train station is in Atlit, 10 minutes away by car. Ein Hod is located on the slopes of the Carmel mountain, 15 minutes from Haifa,1 hour north of Tel-Aviv.
this is a great place to enjoy a peaceful vacation, hang out in the village, try out a ceramics or painting workshop or visit the galleries and museums, or as a place to travel from- on one day trips around the area (Cesarea, Zichron-Yacov, Haifa, Galilee, Acco, Nazareth etc) Ein Hod is one of the few artists villages in the world ! A truly beautiful place between the sea and the mountain.

Gil and Lisa are very nice and creative people who cared about the quality of my experience and provided a lovely getaway for me to take a solo retreat. I loved drinking lemongrass tea fresh from the garden! Thank you, Gil and Lisa!

Lisa's place was lovely! A very sweet apartment with a beautiful shady porch, and right in the center of the amazing village of Ein Hod. A total delight for the senses at every turn, and an inspiration for the soul. Thank you!

Gorgeous place with unique style and decor, in the heart of the artist village. Perfectly cozy and romantic. Only two issues were the quality of the mattress (too thin) and aged sheets. The rest of the place was clean and tidy.
