Neighborhood highlights

The views , the local venues. The property is secluded within the Rockfish Valley Farm and ELK HILL estate. Th eland has been farmed for more than 250 years. It is surrounded on all sides by both the Blue Ridge Mountains and the hills of the South Rockfish Valley. In recent years, agritourism has exploded in our community. Within two miles we have two breweries and two cideries. Also within 2 miles are more than a dozen restaurants and grocers. The Blue Ridge Parkway and Appalachian Trail are only 5 miles away. And the Wintergreen Resort entrance is off the road on the way to those national parks. Just one mile north is Spruce Creek Park, the Rockfish Valley Foundation Natural History Center, a children's park (free and open to the public) and many trails thru farmland and along the Rockfish River, Reids Creek and Spruce Creek. The mountain views are spectacular.
