The Montage in Deer Valley is of the most prestigious hotel groups in the world. Nestled between the mountains this is the ideal location for those who love all of winters outdoor activities. Coupled with luxury, class, & privacy our unit at The Montage is one of a kind. This 4 bed + theater room offers every amenity you can think of- ensuite baths, balconies at every turn with views of the valley & beyond, dining that seats 10, bunk room for the kiddos, pool/spa, onsite dining, & so much more.

The space
Entry Way
One of only four residences on the top floor of The Montage privacy & exclusivity is a major component to this stunning unit. Step inside into a grand foyer with gorgeous sunbeam light fixture & large wall length mirror. On the right there is a half bath.

Upon entry on the left there is an informal sitting room with seating for all. This is the perfect room to cozy up around the statement fireplace to keep warm & chat with friends or watch a movie on the flatscreen tv above. There is a balcony off of this room with views of the valley as far as the eye can see.

Dining Area
The home comes with a dining table that can seat 10 with a privacy curtain to section off the space. Great for meals with large families or to be used for business gatherings with colleagues. The kitchen is also equipped with bar seating for 5 if extra seats are needed.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire unit, valet parking, & the amenities at The Montage such as the pool & jacuzzis, gym, fire pits scattered around the property, Piano Bar with occasional live music & all of the onsite restaurants, ski lifts, & shuttle to Main St. There is no access to the Residential Lounge for guests.
