Located one block from Atlanta's Beltline, this 1 bedroom charmer sleeps 2 comfortably (queen bed) and has a screened in porch. It is located on a quiet, safe street surrounded by newly built high end homes on both sides. The cozy IKEA kitchen has butcher block counters, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and a gas stove. Cups, plates, silverware, sheets, and towels are all in place to make your stay nice and homey. The mattress is super comfy as it is fairly new. This home doubles as my office M-F but I'm usually out in the field although will occasionally pop in (to the other office/bedroom) to knock out a bid or write a check between the hours of 9-6. On weekends I'm not there so you get the whole house to yourself along with Sadie.
Located in Reynoldstown, its super close to great shopping/bars/restaurants in Little 5 Points, East Atlanta, Cabbagetown, and 1-20 gets you downtown in 3 min!
Sadie (who lives there full time is super low maintenance but needs to be fed and let out in the back yard to go) is an adorable mix who loves company. You can throw the stick for her in the (mostly) fenced back yard or take her for a walk down the Beltline.
There's a great coffee/beer bar 2 blocks away serving up great fare and they even cater to vegetarians. Kroger grocery is 4 blocks away next to Target and ther are many great restaurants you can walk to.
I'm a house fiipper so this house doubles as my office/construction storage (shed out back) and the furnishings are what I use for staging. There's a new flatscreen and bluray player. Netflix for movies/tv/documentaries. If this ad comes up on airbnb that means I'm in between flips and all furnishings are in place.
Marta is close by (7 min walk), the bus line is on the corner, and I20 is a major highway 5 blocks away so you can get anywhere quickly.
Off street parking, full kitchen, living room, dinette, microwave, washer/dryer, dinnerware, sheets/towels, comfy bed, wifi, apple TV with Netflix
I'm not there much during the day and not at all after 6pm to 9 am
Reynoldstown is the best! Great people: artists, musicians, creative types alongside families, dog lovers and original neighbors. It is close to Marta rail, and a hop skip and a jump to all the best bars and restaurants Intown Atlanta has to offer
Marta rail - 8 min walk, 3 stops from downtown, bus line 5 min walk

Excellent stay. We are not dog owners, so Sadie kept us awake the first night, but very sweet to have around during the day. The neighborhood was perfect - close to everything. Very enjoyable, would stay there again.
Awesome host! Sadie is the sweetest dog ever! I would definitely book this place again. Thanks Jeff!
We really enjoyed staying at Jeff's place. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt comfortable/safe walking Sadie around. Sadie is super sweet and cuddly, so be prepared for her to want to get in bed with you! The house was comfortable, easy to find, and overall this was a good experience. The area is really cool, close to fun restaurants/bars, and shops. Jeff was easy to work with and responded promptly. We would stay again.
The location and price are good. This place is a little different than your average airbnb: Guests take care of the large dog (food, water and walks as there is no fenced yard). Also, the owner who has his office in one of the bedrooms, drops in occasionally.
I drove into this neighborhood with some trepidation after seeing streets of street art and some gang tagging. I wondered if I would have the nerve to stay. However, as I turned into Jeff's home, I noticed that the neighborhood had homes of various price ranges and one could see it was on the upswing.
The home is an older home which could use new plasterboard, reconditioned wood floors, and updated fixtures, but it was 2 bedrooms and the price was right! The kitchen is really set up for more of microwaving than cooking a complete meal unless you bring your own pots and pans. There is a washer and a dryer.
There are front and back lights to illuminate the grounds at night. Sadie, a ferocious sounding dog, is actually a real lover. She wanted to sleep "in" the bed with me, and it took some doing to drag her back out from under the covers. My laughing didn't help any. We compromised and she slept on top. She is very strong, so walking her was more like her dragging me, as she is very curious. I am glad she was there though, she was good company and it felt more like home.
I met Jeff only briefly as he was on his way out. He seemed friendly and responded to my texts immediately. I think this residence would be great for someone wishing to visit downtown Atlanta for a week or more. For one night, I think it was rather primitive for the amount of savings you would incur by forgoing a nice hotel. But it really does come down to, would you rather be in a residential neighborhood, or a hotel.
Would highly recommend this place! Jeff was a great host, with a comfortable, spatious, and clean place. Next time we are in Atlanta we will definitely stay here!
We had a great time! Located super close to the grocery and other shopping. My husband and I picked up some food day one and didn't have to leave until we checked out. It was a comfy cozy little home. We watched movies and shows on netflix and just relaxed. We also took Sadie on a couple of walks around the neighborhood. She was very affectionate and loving. Would definitely come back!
Great location. Lovely dog. Perfect for our night in town
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying at Jeff's place! The location couldn't be beat, the house was cozy and safe, and Sadie was a sweetheart. We would definitely stay here again.
Great, safe location. Sadie is adorable and very well behaved. Could not have been happier the house, location, or pet company!
