About This Listing
This cozy home is perfect for the under 40 crowd. It's all about the location - close to everything and stocked with all you need. Comfy bed, screened in porch, compact kitchen,& a flat screen with wifi, WD, Apple TV (Netflix, youtube, PBS, HBO Go)
Located one block from Atlanta's Beltline, this 1 bedroom charmer sleeps 2-3 comfortably (queen bed and couch) and has a screened in porch. It is located on a quiet, safe street surrounded by newly built high end homes on both sides. The cozy IKEA kitchen has butcher block counters, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and a gas stove. Cups, plates, silverware, sheets, and towels are all in place to make your stay nice and homey. The mattress is super comfy as it is fairly new. This home doubles as my office M-F but I'm usually out in the field although will occasionally pop in (to the other office/bedroom) to knock out a bid or write a check between the hours of 9-6. On weekends I'm not there so you get the whole house to yourself along with Sadie.
Located in Reynoldstown, its super close to great shopping/bars/restaurants in Little 5 Points, East Atlanta, Cabbagetown, and 1-20 gets you downtown in 3 min!
Sadie (who lives there full time is super low maintenance but needs to be fed and let out in the back yard to go) is an adorable mix who loves company. You can throw the stick or ball for her in the (mostly) fenced back yard or take her for a walk down the Beltline.
There's a great coffee/beer bar 2 blocks away serving up great fare and they even cater to vegetarians. Kroger grocery is 4 blocks away next to Target and ther are many great restaurants you can walk to.
I'm a house fiipper so this house doubles as my office/construction storage (shed out back) and the furnishings are what I use for staging. There's a new flatscreen TV and Apple TV with Netflix, HBO Go, Hulu for movies/tv/documentaries. If this ad comes up on airbnb that means I'm in between flips and all furnishings are in place.
Marta is close by (7 min walk), the bus line is on the corner, and I20 is a major highway 5 blocks away so you can get anywhere quickly.
Off street parking, full kitchen, living room, dinette, microwave, washer/dryer, dinnerware, sheets/towels, comfy bed, wifi, apple TV with Netflix

COZY. COMFY. The house has a certain charm not found in many places any more. I loved it. Sadie is amazing as well, who loves long walks and never tires of playing fetch!
The neighborhood is quiet, and overall a very warm and eclectic energy to it. It is centrally located perfectly for all the things I wanted to do, and I highly recommend anyone to stay here! I plan on coming back!
Great location and price for a quick visit to Atlanta. We took Sadie for walks around the neighborhood every day - it's a cute neighborhood with an interesting mix of houses and people. I'm not in the under 40 crowd but the house and location worked well for me and my 2 teenage kids.
Jeff made us feel very welcome. He had coffee, bottled water and snacks available. The neighborhood was lovely and convenient to other neighborhoods in Atlanta.
We stayed at Jeff's cool house this past weekend. Very nice staying in a home, that was all ready for our stay. There was bottled water in the fridge, coffee, creamer, snack bars, clean sheets, towels and soap for our use. Was very thoughtful ! The home is located very closely to several things - the zoo, Coca Cola tour, CNN tour, botanical gardens- all within a few miles. Very close to stores to pick up groceries or anything you would need. Shortly after arriving, Jeff came by and told us about a cool coffee house as well as restaurant that were both in walking distance. We went to both places, and they were awesome. Sadie, his dog, was a joy to be around. She was very welcoming, and we loved taking her for walks, and tossing the ball for her in the backyard. She never tried to run off, she stayed right with us, and you can tell she loves being around people. The house has a cool screened in porch, which was wonderful to sit and have coffee on first thing in the early morning. It was quite hot when we were there- over 90 each day- the house was very cool with the window units- very comfy sleeping or taking a break between sightseeing. We enjoyed a few of the local breweries - which, also offered some tasty wines. Highly recommend staying here - it truly was our home away from home. If we go back to Atlanta, we would love to stay here again. Jeff made everything easy !
Great location, we walked to the Krog Street Market both days we were there. Sadie (the dog) was very friendly and easy to take care of. A/C was a little noisy, but the house was otherwise comfortable. We didn't get to meet Jeff, but he was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again!
Jeff's home was great! It was exactly what we were looking for during our pit stop in Atlanta. We were able to walk to a restaurant in the neighborhood for dinner as well as a coffee shop the next morning on our way out. The neighbors were friendly and Sadie was an excellent hostess! We will definitely be visiting again!

About the Host, Jeff
I'm from Atlanta and love to travel for music gigs. I try to get out west at least once a year. I love pets, good food, great music, and motorcycles. I run a smallish design/build company and rent the spare bedroom in my office/house through Airbnb. I've met some great guests and love it!
