Guests will enjoy exclusive private access to the entire home, including both the upper and lower living areas, expansive wraparound decks, outdoor seating areas, and surrounding property. The home offers separate private entrances for each level, providing the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy for larger families and groups.
Relax and take in the breathtaking panoramic mountain views, colorful sunsets, peaceful bird watching, and incredible stargazing. You may even spot deer, hummingbirds, red-tailed hawks, and, on rare occasions, bald eagles. While you're welcome to explore the property, please note there are no established hiking trails, and portions of the hillside are steep.
The home is accessed via a paved mountain road with a moderately steep final approach. Parking is available in the gravel lot on the west side of the home. Guests can enjoy convenient keyless self check-in with personalized access instructions provided before arrival.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid outdoor noise during these hours.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- No pets unless pre-approved.
- No campfires, fireworks, or open flames due to the area's high wildfire risk.
- The registered guest is responsible for ensuring everyone in their group follows the house rules.

- Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.
- One parking space can accommodate an RV, trailer, or boat.
- Please contact us before booking if your group will have additional vehicles.

- The property is built on a hillside and includes stairs, elevated decks, balconies, and uneven terrain.
- There are approximately 5 steps to the main upper-level entrance. The lower level has easier access with only 1 step through the west-side sliding glass door.
- The upper and lower levels are connected by exterior deck stairs only.
- Children should be supervised at all times around decks, stairs, and steep hillside areas.
- The home is not fully ADA accessible.

- Summer temperatures can exceed 110°F, so we recommend planning outdoor activities early in the morning or later in the evening.
- The home features central heating and air conditioning upstairs, along with two mini-split systems serving the lower level.
- As with many mountain and foothill locations, you may encounter local wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, hummingbirds, squirrels, bears, rattlesnakes, ticks, and other native animals. Please keep food secured, dispose of trash properly, and enjoy wildlife from a safe distance.
