Our nice newly renovated townhouse Casa Isabell is located in the quiet and well-kept association of El Chorrillo on Calle Frigiliana in Nerja's best area of Parador. From Casa Isabell you are close to everything, both to the beach and to the city center. It is only 150 m to Playa Carabeo and Playa Carabeillo and only a stone's throw to Playa Burriana. In addition, it is only a 5 minute walk, without any slopes, to the Balcón de Europa and the old town.

Casa Isabell is 67 sqm in 2 level and offers a total of 4 beds + large roof terrace.
On the ground floor there is a nice living room with AC and a large connecting outside terrace facing west facing with an exclusive Napoleon barbecue. Furthermore, there is a complete and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with, among other things, dishwasher and microwave. On the ground floor there is also a fresh and nice guest toilet. The entire first floor is newly renovated during 2025!
The second floor contains two comfortable bedrooms with AC in both bedrooms and with a total of 4 beds (new beds and mattresses of high Swedish standard). The second floor also has a well-stocked fresh and tastefully decorated bathroom with shower, toilet and heating. The entire second floor is newly renovated during 2025!
Casa Isabell also has its own private and fresh roof terrace of about 20 sqm with sunlight from morning to night and overlooking the area's shared pool and green area. Between the houses in the surroundings, you can also see the sea. The roof terrace is equipped with both outdoor furniture and sun chairs.

Right next to Casa Isabell is our association's well-kept, lush and private green area. Just open the door to Casa Isabell and access our comfortable green area with lawn, discounts, bushes and with park benches next to shade trees.
About the area
Right near Casa Isabell there are many good restaurants, bars, shops and much more. Despite its very central location, Casa Isabell is quiet and quiet without any disturbing surroundings. You can't really live better than this!
Other things to note
Casa Isabell is rented out weekly with changeover Saturdays.
No smoking or pets are allowed in Casa Isabell.
If you rent from us, we are also happy to help with transfers for the best transport between the airport and Casa Isabell, for example. we offer the opportunity to rent a car advantageously and with our membership discount of 15%.
