It's one of the biggest Airbnb apartments in Florence city centre ( 300 square meters / 3250square feet) and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people

Our large penthouse is the ideal base for visiting world-famous museums, shopping in the prestigious medieval historic center of Florence, attending weddings and recreational events in the city and also doing business during important international fashion, food and culture fairs.

DESCRIPTION
The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people. It has
- 4 bedrooms with king size beds.
- 1 bedroom with a single bed and
- 1 sofa bed (single) in one of the living rooms

Being a penthouse, the apartment is located on the 4th floor of an ancient and characteristic stone building in the city center. There is no elevator but the stairs are wide and super easy to climb (we have had guests from 3 to 80 years old)

The apartment has a large living room, decorated with antique furniture, includes two comfortable sofas positioned in front of a 42" LCD TV and a dining table for 10 people. The separate eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and complete with dishwasher and microwave.
On the same floor there is a bright and spacious master bedroom with a double bed, another double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and another double bedroom a bathroom with shower jacuzzi and dressing room.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, which includes a single bedroom with a French bed
Another staircase leads to the third level, which includes the third bathroom, a passage room with a single bed and a double bedroom.
The hallway on the lower level also leads to a furnished outdoor patio - atrium.

Guest access
We use the entire apartment except for a small closet as a support for laundry

Other things to note
- AC is online starting from June given that during spring the temperature is mild.
- Heating is online from November till May

I also have the luck to manage another property. It's a villa in the countryside half an hour from Florence. The house is immersed in a green paradise, in an open and dominant position, on the crest of a hill (406m) above the Arno valley, guaranteeing coolness also during the long Florentine summers.
