2023 Silverwave Tritoon with a Suzuki 150hp motor, seats 11 and will come with life jackets and an inner tube.

The living room has two, Italian leather sofas, 55" Smart TV with Premium Cable, board games, and an Alexa.

Dining room seats 6 with a sideboard with bourbon glasses, wine glasses and mixing accessories.

This is a residential street with quiet neighbors and we don't want to disturb them. Plenty of parking in the driveway and be courteous of surroundings.
