**It is rumored that Lyndon B. & Lady Bird Johnson stayed here, in what is now Connie's Courtyard Cottage, when they traveled to open Columbia State Community College during March of 1967.**
**Another rumor (with the history of the property) is that the residence was built using a Frank Lloyd Wright design.**
