The space
Our family-friendly 3BR and 2BA home is the ideal place to relax and unwind. The entire home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

**Pool heating is available upon request and at an additional cost of $50 per night. Pool heating should be for the entire duration of your stay. If you would like to take advantage of our pool heating service, please let us know 2-3 days before your arrival. It takes time to warm up the water, so we want to make sure it's ready when you get here!
Pool maintenance is every Monday and Friday at 8-9 AM. Time may vary depending on the company's availability.
Landscapping is done every other Thursday
*Important:
Though our smart TVs have streaming apps installed (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), guests would need to log in with their own credentials. Please remember to logout of the apps at checkout.
Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

AC usage:
To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.
Bedroom 2. The bedroom has 1 Queen Bed with a twin loft overhead.
Outdoor Speaker: Not available for use during your stay out of respect for our neighbors and to maintain a peaceful environment.
Other things to note
Please kindly check additional reminders for the property and note that these are for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION.
• Please rinse before entering the hot tub.
• Pets are strictly not allowed.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Please no cigarette butts littering, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, and no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays get-togethers, hangouts, and the like.
• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM.
• Self-check-in with a smart lock.
• Do not disrespect your neighbors.
• Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
• Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
• We do not allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries.
• Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors.
• No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 p.m. Fee of $200 for violators.
• Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it goes over the limits of our plan.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.
NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.
• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50.
• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue.
• FEES: A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras.
•Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed.
