About this listing
One room on the 1st floor of a 2 floor apt. There are 5 rooms and 3 other people living there. On the average day you might see one of us because we are never home. We have a two carpenters, and a gardner living here. The room for rent is a nice sized room in Clinton Hill Brooklyn with a window facing the backyard (very quiet). Lots of light but there is a black out shade if you don't want to wake up to the sun. It has its own bathroom in the room with a toilet and shower. Has a queen size bed, bedding, towels,a shelf to put clothes, and a desk.
I adore this neighborhood and have been living here for seven years. It has everything you could possibly want and is centrally located with easy access into the city or other site seeing neighborhoods. We are a 10 minute walk from th g train, a 20 from the c, and 30 from atlantic center mall where you can catch most trains. There is a bus conveniently one block away that will take you right into Williamsburg and another a few blocks away that goes to Dumbo. There is also almost always parking on my street, and I have never had a problem with safety
The neighborhood is filled with great restaurants and bars. All up and down Myrtle and Dekalb you will find great places. There is also good finds of these main streets. We are very near Fort Greene Park, BAM, The Botanical Gardens, Brooklyn Museum, The Pratt Sculpture Garden and lots of other must see places. If you are here on the weekend, be sure to check out the Brooklyn Flea and our Farmers Market.

We had a very nice time in Autumns space. We loved the neighborhood with many varieties of restaurants and shops. Easy access to Manhattan by car and easy parking. I loved also that the air conditioning kept the room as cool as we could handle.
I would definitely consider this BnB for the future.
My Dog "Brooklyn " was also very comfortable there.
Our stay was brilliant, the room was clean and tidy and the location made it easy to get around.
We had one slight problem where the radiator was on and we couldn't turn it off, I contacted Autumn who replied promptly and helped as best as she could. I couldn't have asked for more from a host, everything went smoothly and the hospitality was great, we were able to pack up and leave our cases in the room on check-out which was a life-saver.
We met a few of the other housemates who were all nice and friendly.
Nice place to be. The room was clean and quiet. In a good location near the trains. Felt very accommodated.
Phenomenal place to stay. Autumn went above and beyond with maps, travel guides, towels and a real welcoming atmosphere. You can't beat a private bathroom and nice bed in Brooklyn, and only 10 min to the Subway. There are a thousand things to do within several blocks, tons of parks and unique Brooklyn experiences. In the summer especially, we would go back in a heartbeat.
Nice space. Room was clean. Autumn was very accommodating. Very much recommended
Autumn is a really amazing host and her house is really welcoming. My fiance and I stayed there recently for 10 days and enjoyed every minute of it. Her house mate Kristin was so friendly when we first arrived and we enjoyed hanging out with her and Autumn in the kitchen. Even though they host people on a regular basis, they seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing and telling us the cool places to see. We felt at home immediately and really loved the atmosphere of the area and the flat.
We would definitely stay here again!
Great, We had a perfect stay in Brooklyn. Autumn is a nice host. To stay in New York it's the perfect place to be. Everything was correct. Thanks a lot again.

About the Host, Autumn
I have been living in Brooklyn for 12 years with 9 of them being in this house. I think its wonderful and you will too. I have also started using airbnb for when I travel and it has been working out great so far. I love yoga, carpentry, and dogs. That is about all I want to say about myself. See you soon!
