Tucked among tall pines just steps from the lake, Latitude Adjustment is a cozy Pocono escape perfect for families to relax and reconnect. A 1-minute walk brings you to the Island with playgrounds, sports courts, a heated seasonal pool, boat rentals, and fishing.
Enjoy two kayaks at the lake (Island, spot #12) and an inflatable paddle board at the house. Spend summer days at nearby beaches, hiking, biking, and kayaking—then unwind on the deck, soak in the hot tub, or gather by the fire pit (firewood provided). The large gated patio is perfect for kids and dogs to play safely.

Our beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath chalet sleeps 8-10 and nestled among 2 serene lakes, 4 sandy beaches, and 3 refreshing swimming pools (open seasonally), and yes, we're right next to the Island pool!

The home is located in a private, members-only community. All guests must be registered by the host at least 72 hours prior to arrival to receive temporary membership and parking passes. Unregistered guests or vehicles will not be permitted entry into the community.

Other things to note
For your safety and peace of mind, there are four outdoor-only security cameras on the property. These cameras are motion-activated and record brief clips when motion is detected. Their locations are as follows:
Front Porch: On the right side (when facing the front door), overlooking the driveway.
Front Porch: On the left side (when facing the front door), covering the entrance and side driveway.
Back Deck: On the roof, focused on the rear entrance to the house.
Back of House: On the roof, overlooking the backyard and shed.
For your convenience:
Pinewood Deli is located at 2359 Locust Ridge Rd, Pocono Lake, PA 18347. It is a little convenience store and a life saver. You can get breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, fire starters, and more at this little store.
The outdoor BBQ grill gas tank is complimentary and based on availability. We usually have 2 additional full tanks under the deck.

WAIVER and RELEASE of LIABILITY:
The owners urge all guests to use all facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts, and appliances is done at the guest's sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guests for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the firepit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
