Welcome to our Scottsdale Home that has it a!! Our exquisite 4-bedrm home offers the perfect escape for family vacations, golf trips, girl trips, social gatherings, or simply a tranquil rejuvenation.
Step into our resort-style backyard, complete with a private pool (that can be heated) outdoor games, fire pit with plush loungers, spacious outdoor dining area, or recline on patio furniture under enchanting bistro lighting within a serene ambience.
The space
Our stunning Scottsdale retreat is surrounded by the finest shopping and dining and is just 6 min from Kierland + Scottsdale Quarter. Nestled in a friendly neighborhood, our home provides convenient access to picturesque walking trails and is centrally located.
We are just 6 min away from TPC and countless other golf courses/ rejuvenating spas.
Recently remodeled, our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven has been thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of relaxation and entertainment.
Step into our resort-style backyard, a haven packed with amenities that promise to provide your family and friends with an unforgettable vacation. Delight in the expansive covered outdoor patio, offering dining for up to 10 guests, abundant lounge seating, a pass-through kitchen bar, outdoor grill, hammock, and exciting outdoor games like Ring Toss, Giant Jenga, and Corn Hole. Unwind by the large fire table, surrounded by plush loungers, or take a refreshing dip in the pool, complete with floats and comfortable outdoor chaises.
Inside, our home exudes a lovely open-concept feel. The kitchen comes fully equipped with adult and children’s dinnerware, and we provide additional conveniences such as a mini toaster oven/air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, blender, bakeware, and toaster. The living room offers a 65” Smart TV, ensuring plenty of entertainment options for cozy evenings.
Retreat to our thoughtfully appointed bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, a mounted Smart TV, and an ensuite full bathroom for added privacy. Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable memory foam queen bed and a vanity mirror with lighting, while Bedroom 3 boasts another cozy memory foam queen bed. Bedroom 4 is perfect for additional guests or children, featuring a pillow-top twin bed and a memory foam 10” twin trundle bed, as well as a mounted Smart flat-screen TV.
To make your stay even more convenient, we provide extra items such as a Pack and Play, an umbrella stroller, plenty of kid toys and children’s books, as well as board games for some family fun.
Stay connected with our high-speed internet, and make use of the Ethernet cord connecting capabilities for added convenience.
Our fully equipped laundry room includes a washer, dryer, ironing board, and hanging rack, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Parking is available in the front driveway for two cars, and additional parking can be found in front of the home (garage parking unavailable).
