This newly renovated home in the heart of Dagsboro is a peaceful garden getaway. Visitors are perfectly situated to enjoy the world-class Delaware Botanic Gardens and are minutes to Millville, Ocean View and the DE & MD beaches. From Clayton house you can walk to charming antique & gift shops, a diner style restaurant, a cafe with coffee and ice cream, a toy store, a quilt shop, a barber shop and beauty parlor, a movie theater and a beautiful park. Come experience the charm of Dagsboro.

The space
Clayton House has been fully renovated and has a modern kitchen and three full baths. The dining room has a large farm table with benches and the kitchen has an island with stools. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and a spacious full bath. The back bedroom has two double beds, and utilizes a full bath in the upstairs hallway. Off the kitchen is an additional wee bedroom for sleeping that features a narrow twin bed and access to the downstairs full bath. The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and a power recliner. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a utility sink and large table that overlooks the garden. The Garden at Clayton House has a beautiful ivy arch and a charming meandering path that takes you around the property. There are two fountains, outdoor lighting, a swing, and sitting areas. There is a front and back porch as well as a covered area around the main gabled entrance. There is a privacy fence around most of the property and white picket fence around the remainder. There garden features mature trees and plants as well and hundreds of new plantings. There is ample parking for guests.
