Welcome to Casa Limon! A freshly renovated designer pool home with tons of natural light, a coastal contemporary vibe, & a location that is walkable to Downtown Sarasota, Payne Park, & the Legacy Bike Trail. Comfortable for groups of up to 8 people featuring 4 beds, 2 baths, a heated pebble pool, open floor plan, inside laundry, chef's kitchen, dedicated work space, fenced yard w/ tropical landscaping & all of the luxury touches you'd find in a boutique hotel but in a private cottage setting.
The space
Upon entering the home using your assigned unique access code on the front door keypad you will be welcomed by all of the open space and natural light that floods this house. A foyer area with hooks for your bags and keys is immediately to your left. Directly in front of the foyer is the designer kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. To your right is a coastal contemporary dining table with 6 chairs but room for 8 if needed. The dining area can be closed off from the adjacent 4th bedroom/flex room utilizing the newly installed custom barn doors. The flex room is a slightly sunken room (4 inches below the dining room) and can be utilized as a 4th bedroom with pullout queen sleeper, a TV room or a kids hangout room. The stackable washer and dryer and supplies can be found in the closet in this flex space. Beyond the kitchen is the large open living room with 65 inch Smart TV which offers streaming services that include Amazon Video, Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+. The living room offers seating for up to 6 people as well as a work station that allows you to remain in the conversation. Access to the private fenced backyard, outdoor kitchen and pool can be found from this room. Next to the living room is the Master Suite which offers a King bed, private ensuite bath with double vanity sinks and walk-in shower, ample closet space and separate private access to the pool and lanai along with an entire wall of Western facing windows to watch the sunsets. On the South wing of the house are two additional bedrooms with a shared designer bathroom with walk-in shower. The front bedroom offers a King bed and the back bedroom offers a twin bed with pullout trundle. Both bedrooms offer closet space, nightstands and a dresser. The newly fenced backyard faces West and offers a heated Pebble Pool, Tropical landscaping with uplighting at night, an outdoor kitchen area with bar seating and flat screen TV to watch the games, Lounge chairs and a conversation area.
***Please Note the pool is not screen enclosed and as a result leaves and debris may find their way into the pool between weekly cleanings. We offer guests a skimmer on site should they choose to remove the leaves between cleanings.

You will have free reign of the entire property during your stay other than one locked owner's closet just inside the front door and the outside area behind the carport which will remain locked. Any attempts to enter the locked owners closet and/or the locked storage area are a violation of our house rules and will result in a $1000 penalty as well as any remedies available under the law.
Other things to note
AS A CONDITION OF RENTING THIS PROPERTY GUEST AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE HOST AND ANY AGENT OF THE HOST FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURY TO THE PERSON OF THE GUEST AND TO ANY MEMBER OF HIS/HER PARTY INCLUDING ANY INVITEES RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER.
Please note we have pool service and lawn service weekly and our technicians will need access to the pool and lawn temporarily.
Details for service days are in the welcome book at the house and days and times are generally accurate but not guaranteed.
The pool will automatically be set to 86 degrees between November 1st and May 1st. Guests will not have the option to heat the pool to a higher temperature. Guests staying outside of these date ranges may pay to have the pool heated. The cost to heat the pool is $50 per day.
Please also note the pool is not caged. As a result leaves and debris will fall in the pool between cleanings every Monday. We do have a skimmer on site for guests to use if the leaves and debris get bad but fortunately the leaves don't impact the chemistry of the pool so the pool is safe for swimming. Thank you for understanding that there is nothing we can do to prevent the wind from blowing and the trees to drop leaves etc.
Lastly, in the summer months the Master bedroom tends to be a couple of degrees warmer than the rest of the house due to it having so many windows and also being West facing which means it gets a lot of afternoon sun. The room will cool down at night but may be hard to keep cool during the daylight. It is recommended to keep doors and blinds closed as much as possible during the heat of the day.
