The exclusive floor plan with a walk in/ walk out setup with double opening sliding doors to bring the outdoors in, this poolside The Caribbean Pearl Villa is the ultimate vacation location, with an outdoor dining and patio experience set along the tropical garden landscaping off the gorgeous lagoon pool. Located in the premier location of the Palms 11,000 sq ft zero entry lagoon pool, with waterfalls, walking bridges, an Island style hot tub and secondary heated outdoor pool, this location is a vacationers dream.
The Caribbean Pearl Villa has 2 huge bedrooms, A Queen Master with a queen futon and en-suite, a King 2nd Bedroom, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room.
A dining table set for 6 to enjoy family meals and game nights. Sit back in the cozy living room with plenty of space for the family and enjoy movie night on High Def 65" Smart TV, with free wi-fi to stream your favorite movies and catch up on your Bing shows.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with the comforts of home including a crock pot, blender, toaster, bakeware, all dishes and utensils, an awesome coffee bar configuration with a Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee pot for perfect mornings on the poolside patio nestled among the tropical grounds.
This spacious The Caribbean Pearl Villa sleeps 6+. The Master bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Queen Futon with an upgraded 65" High Def Smart Tv and luxury bedding, with its own on suite extra-large bathroom, A Deep Garden Tub for soaking, a tub & shower combination. Second Guest room has a King-sized bed, and wall mount TV, with cable.
The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower with bench seat for easy access. This remodeled unit is new to the rental market and boosts Luxury Beds, linens and bedding. Its own laundry room, with full-sized washer and dryer, with plenty of storage space for the pool toys.
The Palms of Destin Resort features an 11,000-sq.-ft. zero-entry lagoon pool with waterfalls, bridges, and a tropical island hot tub. Additional amenities include a heated pool, splash pad, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, pickleball, and a playground. On-site dining is available at The Palms Bistro and Good Vibes Bar, both offering casual meals, cocktails, and live entertainment.
A complimentary seasonal shuttle (March–October) provides easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The Shuttle does not transport to/from airport(s).
A $30 nightly resort fee (per reservation) is required by The Palms of Destin and collected separately before arrival. This fee includes six amenity wristbands (children 12 and under are not required to wear one). Two complimentary parking passes are provided.
Resort amenities are managed by The Palms of Destin Resort and may have adjusted hours or limited availability during the off-season (October–February) or for maintenance.

When checking in you'll first stop at the deck in the main lobby. This is where you will check in and receive your parking passes, door key cards, and amenity wrist bands for your entire group!

The Palms of Destin offers premier amenities for your enjoyment. A mandatory resort amenity fee is required by The Palms of Destin Resort & Conference Center for all guests. This pass-through fee is collected on behalf of the resort and is not optional.
The resort fee includes six (6) wristbands for amenity access. (Children 12 and under are not required to wear a wristband.)
