🔑 The Guest shed is available year-round for an extra charge. *NOTE: during cold spells in the Winter, it may get a little chilly w/ the limited electric heat.

📌 Fully stocked kitchen including Instant Pot & air fryer – just bring food, beverages, and personal items!

📌 Sleeps a maximum of 13 overnight guests: 10 in the Main house, 2-4 in the Guest house (additional charge), plus couches in the Main house & Game shed.
