BEDROOMS:
Primary bedroom: The room comes furnished with a very comfortable King size bed, 2 nightstands, a TV and a large closet. If you are traveling with children, in the closet you will find a pack n’ play, along with plenty of space to store your belongings.
Bedroom 2: This cute bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, 2 nightstands and a large closet for storage. There's also a vanity for your convenience.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom has a full size murphy bed that can be put away for more room, if desired. You will find a comfortable work desk, for those traveling professionals, along with a large closet.
BATHROOMS:
The house has 2 full bathrooms. They are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer, etc. The primary bathroom has a large soaking tub, dual showers and a lighted, defogging mirror. The second bathroom has a spacious shower and Bluetooth speaker in the auto-defogging, lighted mirror.
LIVING ROOM:
One of the best features of the house is the cozy and tastefully decorated living room area which provides the perfect space for the entire family to be together. A large HD smart TV for your viewing pleasure will make you feel at ease in this "Earth Chic" inspired living area.
KITCHEN:
Enjoy cooking meals at “home” in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with cookware, bakeware, utensils, glassware and flatware.
LAUNDRY:
No need to take home dirty laundry! The house has its own washer and dryer and is stocked with laundry detergent and dryer sheets, along with an iron and ironing board. You will also find throw blankets and beach towels to use during your visit.
BACKYARD/PATIO:
Enjoy the large, shaded patio deck with a full picnic table for outdoor dining during the day or night. String lights around the deck help set the ambiance at night for a lovely Florida dining experience. The yard is FULLY FENCED in for your privacy and convenience and also the safety of your children and furry friends! You will find a gas grill, for an enjoyable outdoor cooking experience, as well as 2 sun loungers on a private deck area and backpack beach chairs/umbrella ready for your day on the shore.

Self Check-in is available at 3 pm. You will receive your entry code with your check-in info on the morning of your arrival.

For stays **10 nights or longer**, we’ll schedule weekly cleanings, included in your stay price, to help keep everything fresh and tidy. Enjoy a perfectly clean home and fresh linens throughout your stay!
Here’s how it breaks down:

🛏️ 18–24 nights: 2 mid-stay cleanings
🛏️ 25–31 nights: 3 mid-stay cleanings

🐾 Pet Policy & Fees:
We love pets and are happy to welcome yours — with a few simple guidelines to keep everyone happy!
🐶 All pets must be approved before check-in.
🐾 Limit of 1 pet per stay; additional pets considered case-by-case.
💰 Pet fee: $200 per pet (covers up to 1 month).
Due to platform limitations, extra pets or longer stays will be billed separately — we’ll send the request before you arrive.
A few friendly reminders:
* Please crate pets when left alone in the home.
* Keep pets leashed when outside the home or yard.
* Pick up after your pet, wipe their paws, and keep them off the furniture (we appreciate it!).
🚫 Unapproved pets or disregard for these guidelines may result in a $350/month fee per pet.
⏰Check-Out Time & Late Fees:
To make sure every guest walks into a perfectly clean home, check-out is at 10:00 AM.
⌛ If check-out is delayed, a $50 fee applies at 10:30 AM, plus $50 for every 30 minutes after.

We don’t allow parties or events at this property — it's meant to be a peaceful retreat. If an unauthorized event is held, a minimum $500 fee will apply.
