The space
Sitting 1,750 feet above sea level, this three level home provides separate sleeping quarters on each floor, each with private full bath featuring Malin+Goetz products. Entry and baths have radiant heat. Fully renovated top to bottom with no expense spared and state of the art heating & cooling.

Select amenities include Malm wood burning fireplace, high end Chef's kitchen, two unique triangle decks that feel like you are floating amongst the trees, outdoor dining table for 10, Weber grill, outdoor furniture and hanging swing chairs, huge fire pit featuring the Cowboy Cauldron and 8 Adirondack chairs, new spa area deck with Bullfrog Still7 ($20K+ hot tub). Imagine soaking in the hot tub while looking at the peak of Hunter Mountain on one side and Windham Mountain on the other!

Upstairs level has one King bedroom overlooking the peak of Hunter Mountain (you can even see the snow groomers at night!) and one Queen bedroom overlooking the entire mountain range, Windham mountain and the lake. Full bath with small soaking tub.

Main level features comfortable living room, dining room, fireplace, open kitchen, Queen bedroom and lavish full bath with river rock shower. Oversized picture frame windows capture the outside, like a perpetual mural that changes by the season. Access to the impressive triangle deck that is almost 50' above the ground with outdoor lounge, dining and hang out areas.

Lower level features walkout with private triangle deck and 4 swinging chairs with access to the spa level featuring the Bullfrog STIL7 6 person capacity hot tub. Another living space, wet bar/game area, Queen bedroom, plus additional bedroom with twin beds and full bath complete the package.

We are one of the only properties on the mountain to have almost an acre of property with plenty of space to hang inside or out, walking distance to the ski slopes and lodge.

Everything except one locked closet and one locked area in outdoor shed. Guests must use front part of shed for ski/snowboard storage, please do not bring this gear inside the house.

Other things to note
Smart TV's in all bedrooms and each living room. Super fast 1 gig wifi. Tesla charging station. Plenty of wood for fires. Additional ski storage in shed.

The entire home is nicely appointed, therefore, we ask you treat our house as if it was your own.

Quick drive to Tannersville and easy drive to Kaaterskill Falls, West Kill, Windham and all the various year round activities the Catskills have to offer.

Originally from Nyack, NY, we came to the North Fork years ago by boat, and fell in love with the magical beaches, clean bay water, the most amazing restaurants and the 50+ wine vineyards and organic farm stands! We lived on the boat each summer and never wanted to leave, so we build our own house here and just renovated this beautiful beach cottage for you to enjoy... During COVID, I was looking at real estate in Hunter with some friends and found the most one of a kind contemporary house, a true diamond in the rough, with the most spectacular views of the peak of Hunter Mountain, Windham Mountain, a short walk to the slopes. We packed every amenity possible in this unique space after a painstaking 2 year renovation that truly makes you feel like you are living amongst the trees and mountaintops...
